AUREL,
a
true craftsman for over 30 years, started in his native Greece, moved
to the U.S.A. and continued his career with Vidal Sassoon in Beverly Hills.
He appeared in several hair shows in the states and abroad and some of
his clients included Carol Burnett, Dionne Warwick, Marla Maples, Yvette
Mimieux and other highly visible personalities.
Before moving to La Jolla in 1977, Aurel served
as Artistic and Educational Director in Mexico City and has been the subject
of magazine and newspaper articles. Since then he has directed hair styling
for the television program "Good Livin", appeared repeatedly on radio's
"Midday " show and has been quoted several times as a beauty expert in
local and international magazines.
